Hot-dip galvanized.
Manufacture of high elastic limit steel.
Welded through robots with great precision.
Lightweight Z-type crossbars, mounted at an approximate 390mm separation between centers, which gives it greater stability and resistance. Rear crossbars (1,600 mm) mounted at 265 mm to reinforce the entry-exit area of the trucks to the vehicle.
Fixed rear aluminum bumper which gives it greater lightness and brackets bolted to the chassis to facilitate its change or repair.

BODY WORK

Approved according to EN12642XL for a net load of 27,000kg.
Front, roof and sides made up of 20mm thick PlyWood panels.
Profiles assembled by means of modular steel profiles around the entire contour that in turn perform the functions of a 300mm high lower skirting board, glued, riveted and sealed
Front reinforced with modular steel frame and 3mm lower steel skirting board and external vertical reinforcements.
Floor in Finnish 100% birch board 30mm thick (21 layers), approved for the passage of forklift axle weighing 8,100kg according to ENV 1995-1-1.
