OUR GUIDELINES

CHASSIS

Skeletal single-tube container chassis structure made entirely of high-tensile steel equipped with Ø52mm twist locks.
Vehicle with capacity to transport containers in combinations of 1 x 45' raised (front container anchorage at the bottom, 40' twist locks), 1 x 40' (High Cube or flat), 2 x 20', 1 x 30' and 1 x 20' at the rear.
Front crossbar with folding twist locks suitable for front or bottom container lashing.
Central extension with container load position selector and rear extension by means of a rack and pinion system operated by a manual rotary handle.
Hot-dip galvanized chassis structure with fully formed structure.
Manufactured from high yield strength steel.
Welded by robots with high precision.
Extendable rear bumper (usable for transporting 45" containers) made of aluminum, which makes it lighter, and supports bolted to the chassis for easy replacement or repair.
