- 8,072 mm long coil cradles with 30⁰ angle downpipes. (Suitable for transporting reels between Ø 900 mm and Ø 2,000 mm net, including packaging).
- Approved in accordance with European standard DIN EN12642 XL and German standards VDI 2700 and DAIMLER 9.5 for a net load of 27,000 kg.
- Floor made of 30 mm thick 100% birch Finnish board (21 sheets), approved for the passage of a 8,100 kg forklift axle in accordance with ENV 1995-1-1.
- Side downpipes of the cradle made of 100% birch Finnish board, 28 mm thick.
- 16 cradle covers, 500 mm, made of 100% birch Finnish board, 30 mm thick, with metal reinforcements underneath. (cover weight < 27 kg)
- Front made of aluminum pillars with rounded corners for greater aerodynamics and horizontal slats clipped together and riveted to ensure greater strength.
- Reinforcement board on the inside of the front for greater safety.
- Aluminum rear doors with clipped and riveted profiles and double-action hinges.
