Hot-dip galvanized.
Manufacture of high elastic limit steel.
Welded through robots with great precision.
Lightweight Z-type crossbars, mounted at an approximate 390mm separation between centers, which gives it greater stability and resistance. Rear crossbars (1,600 mm) mounted at 265 mm to reinforce the entry-exit area of the trucks to the vehicle.
Fixed rear aluminum bumper which gives it greater lightness and brackets bolted to the chassis to facilitate its change or repair.

Approved according to EN12642XL for a net load of 27,000kg.
The automated moving floor system enables the rapid loading and unloading of goods onto semi-trailers without the need to tilt the vehicle or use additional machinery inside the trailer.
