Hot-dip galvanized.
Manufacture of high elastic limit steel.
Welded through robots with great precision.
Lightweight Z-type crossbars, mounted at an approximate 390mm separation between centers, which gives it greater stability and resistance. Rear crossbars (1,600 mm) mounted at 265 mm to reinforce the entry-exit area of the trucks to the vehicle.
Fixed rear aluminum bumper which gives it greater lightness and brackets bolted to the chassis to facilitate its change or repair.
The AERO system includes 4 rails equipped with rollers for easy loading/unloading. With a lifting capacity of 550 kg per module per metre, thanks to our Pneumatic Rollertrack (PRT) technology that uses air to safely raise and lower the rollers, we can offer the ideal solution to meet your needs, regardless of the load.
